Poster bc_munkee said about my question.
My argument: If there was a God he would have manifested itself simultaneously to all people of the earth. Same message transmitted at the same time to all humanity. If God had done this there would have been no religious wars, hatreds, misunderstandings.

Good point but not conclusive, in my opinion --God has a free will, and we have a free will and a free choice to believe or disbelieve. God does what God chooses to do, how God chooses to do it, and when God chooses to do it --whether we approve, disapprove, or have no opinion.

My God says, I Am that I Am. He is the great I Am. He can manifest to anyone as He wishes. You don't know for sure that He didn't manifest to all the people of the earth. Many races throughout the ages before Christianity spreads out, they always believed on a Supreme being which they called their God not gods. You see, Christianity is based on the belief of the Christ, The Savior Jesus. Your argument about religious wars. Christ came not to teach religion, religion was only organised for people with the different ideals to be able to practised and praised God the way they want to. Just like you and me won't agree on this one that we go our separate way believing what we believed.

If you don't agree at all that there is a God, keep it up. Mark my word, you'll bump into Him next time. When that time comes, all the angels in Heaven will rejoice. See you there brother.

The best eveidence of non existance of God are the following.
1> Man has sent sattelites into space but found no existence of heaven or hell.
2> What ever miracle stories we might have heard are supposed to have taken place in the past and there is none in the recent years.
3> There is NO scientific evidence that there is a God and nor there will be in near futre as this is a very sensitive issue.
4> Almost every religion preaches that "their God" created the earth in that case consider the dates when the said religions actually originated, they might be centuries apart so how many times was the universe born?? As for me I was born 31 earth years ago and only once.
5> At schools, we are taught that Universe was born by the big bang and in the same school, they tell us God created every thing.
6> There were certain rules that our ancestors had laid down because they had observed that such rules will be the best for their communities, their observation was based upon wisdom but to enforce them onto the young and common they had to "create a father figure- God" eg "Thou shalt not desire other man's wife" (not because the other man might create trouble but) or God will get angry, God- the supreme being who has the power to do any thing and every thing, he is beyond the scope of your influence that mind intimidate or destroy the other man whose wife you seek, similar to the fact my mom used to tell me not to play in the rain because the "Water demon" will get me (if she said, you will catch a cold, would my four year old listen?).
I can write pages and pages on this... but I will really appreciate comments and yes, the posting of this material has no intention of hurting any sentiments, break rules or committ any crime in any way what so ever, the sole purpose of this material is for intellectual discussion only.

While this is a great idea and possibly God has done this, humans do not all believe things in the same way. While many people will believe they heard from God, many others will not and this will spark a huge debate.

Unfortunately even a one time appearance to all humankind will not stop the arguments or wars. Some people do not even believe what they can see. Some people believe blindly.

God would also need to repeat this many many times as each generation would need this proof in order to continue believing.

Take care,
Troy

That is impossible, because the peoples of the world have differed so much. God has sent Manifestations of Himself to the various peoples of the world, but the message has differed according to the receptivity and circumstances in which the Manifestation appeared. It is the same message fundamentally. If you look at the core of Buddhism, Hinduism, Zoroastrianism, Christianity, Islam and the Baha'i Faith, you'll see the same truths and eternal verities, but the external elements (laws and practices) and the symbolism used suits the time and place in which these religions appeared. They are all part of one process of Divine Revelation.

Why don't you read the bible. All the answers are there! You must read it, to argue it! We do these things to our selves. He sent his son to die for us,so that we may have a relationship with him once more. We have been given free will. If you want to make the world a better place, then you have to use your compassion for others to call you out. Compassion is not a noun. It is a verb! meaning action! So do something! Then you will see Gods work at hand! May the Lord bless you and keep you!

That's the same argument used to 'prove' there is no other intelligent life in the universe. Because if there is, it would have visited us. A very arrogant argument that doesn't pass the proof test - that's only a hypothesis.

1.) Maybe it has visited us and left
2.) Maybe it is visiting us and we don't realize it
3.) Maybe its intelligent enough to avoid visiting us
4.) Maybe we aren't interesting enough to warrant a visit

In the case of intelligent alien life, there is no way to prove it doesn't exist, but it if we find it, then we have proven it does. 'God' is not like this however, and the analogy breaks down from here.

Maybe there is a God, maybe there isn't. Either way, its impossible to prove God (using the Bible to prove the contents of Bible is not proof, its self referential logic) and its also impossible to disprove God (by the very nature of how God is defined, God would be beyond detection just with a thought).

As soon as the concept of proof comes into play, its no longer a theological question, but a scientific one. The two viewpoints are by definition opposed and un-resolvable.

To my thinking, there is never going to be a solution to this debate aside from maybe getting to a point that we (everyone regardless of belief or lack there of) can all agree to disagree and stop arguing all the time.

Your theory is sound if the god's only goal is to be known by his people. By definition, we can't know what a god's reasoning might be. We can come up with all sorts of gods that fit into the world we know. Making a logical arguement even harder is that we can give our god any power he needs to defy understanding.

One thing is clear to me, if there is a god, he does not want to be known.

God was invented to control the masses...keep the masses in fear from rising up and to keep the masses in order. God is not tangible and can't be fought against or challenged. This has been thousands of years in the making, to even before the Egyptian culture.
