Neither Britney or Kevin. And not their parents, either (look how THEY came out!) I vote for Angelina Jolie!

They should get shared custody of the kids with britney having primary custody. While Britney's behavior has been less than mom-like the last couple of months, she does have the $$ (at least for the time being) to buy nannies and such to make up for her lack of maturity and responsibility.
In a ideal world, britney's mom would get custody, and brit & kevin would have visitation rights.

Neither one. Someone more responsible. But in this case they will go to Britney - more money and she has a house. Whereas Kevin at this moment probably does not have much. He left his other kids why not these.

neither...the kids should live with britney's mother...although if i really had to choose i would honestly say britney because even though she's completely irresponsible it's clear that she loves her kids and wants to protect them

NEITHER!!! britney is too careless...stupid mom..and she almost several times killed sean preston..i hate her..she's just an idiot slut.. loser kevin is teribble to his children.. i think foster care is the best solution..
