Back in 2000 my girlfriend from Costa Rica came up to San Diego to marry me. We went to a nice park and got married, but 4 months later she went home but we haven't divorced yet.
She lived in the US for about 5 months and we were married for 4 months before we changed our minds and she returned to Costa Rica.
Any suggestions on an easy no problems divorce?

You should try to find out her number or go and visit her and get to know her better and be more closer.

You might check at the San Diego family law center (link below). You can get a divorce when the other person isn't available. You will probably save money by going to a regular family law attorney instead of a divorce attorney.

You really need to get a good attorney for this divorce and see what your options are here.... Did she abandon you and the marriage? Why did she leave and go home?

File for divorce. It is too late to annul the marriage. Just file it in your state and be done with it.

Just have it annulled. She married you under false pretences [that she was going to live in the US] so that is grounds for an annullment.
