I thought your period regulates your ph and gets rid of a yeast infection.

You can get a yeast infection at any time. Has nothing to do with your period, and no it doesn't regulate your pH. You need to treat yeast with an antifungal like Miconazole, or it will just continue.

With out a perscription I will get a yeast infection every time I have a period. My theroy is to not have the periods. But if that is not an otion for you, and this is a reoccuring problem, talk to your Doctor. There are oral anti fungals that you can take.

So the answere is yes certainly, the hormonal changes can cause you to have them, but as far as getting rid of them as a result of haivng your period, NO!!!

Yes you can get a yeast infection the day before your period .You can also get one after your period. But women's body's are different from other's. Your ph has nothing to do with a yest infection .
