I googled the company and read about some horror stories on this company
I think you should Google the name and read the letter entitle "Scam" writtin by a customer.

If you have a contract, call the BBB. Check with other companies in their industry. (Insurance-Finance-whatever) any bad news call the Attorney General and report the company.
