Probably. If i was a loan officer, I'd be more inclined to approve your refi. I'd assume not only that you wanted a lower interest rate, but that you wanted some extra cash to build that all important chicken coop.

I consistently tell my clientele to no longer pass over a charge. It makes no distinction- in case you do no longer pay it gets further on your payoff & in case you do it gets subtracted. greater advantageous to proceed to have a sparkling pay historic previous- why pay a late value if for some reason ultimate is placed off previous the fifteenth.
