My hubby and I were talking about this last night and he said no, a man can not be raped. If he isn't in the mood it doesn't matter if a woman is touching him or anything that would turn him on. If he isn't into it he cant get it up. So how could a man be raped if this is true? Yes there could be medication involved but even that doesn't just make you ready to go, you have to be in the mood for the penis to get erect. So what do you think?

Actually, there is a serial rape case right now, Phoenix I think, or maybe someplace else, where some guy is going around raping other guys.
I think there are like 4 or 5 guys who have come forward and admitted to being victims of that sicko, but the police suspect there are likely many more victims who are too ashamed to tell anyone.

I am not a guy...but to answer your question....Yes men can be raped. And I believe that your husband is absolutely wrong when he says that men won't be aroused if they aren't into it. And besides that....they are other ways to rape a man. Sodomizing a man is considered rape if it was not between 2 consenting people. Men are raped more frequently than people know....it just goes unreported....like most female rapes!
