It is "Do the Dinosaur" by Was! Not Was! A band that was popular in the 80s and was fronted by Don Was (a producer). It is a non-sense song about a dance called "The Dinosaur". I don't think there is any deeper meaning to it.

Basically the song is about them trying to invent a new dance move called The Dinosaur.
