how does this boyu aquarium filter work?

I have purchased this boyu aquarium filter(SP-602E). But when i switch it on, only the air bubbles seem to be comming out. But I want the filter to work, not the air bubbles. Please tell me how to get the filter working. Please help.

Fill the filter full of water first. If it is only a bubbler, you won't really see it working like you would a waterfall or over the back filter.

I'm not familiar with this specific filter, but I'm guessing it is an internal filter? What else do you expect to be happening with it? Most internal filters suck up water, and filter out the particles with a sponge that is located inside the filter, and then the water comes out, along with air bubbles. The only real action you would see is the air bubbles.
Try taking a small piece of kleenex, and putting it right under where the water would get sucked up (It'll look like a grid on the bottom / side of the filter) and see is the kleenex gets pulled towards the filter. Then you'll know it's working.

it really is too a lot. The Goldfish's tank will be heated through the tropical set up in the back of, and finally end up too warmth for them. warmth Goldfish strengthen speedier and make a ton more suitable mess. there is also no longer adequate room for that many Goldfish in a chop up 6x2x2 tank! The regularly happening Goldfish by myself will probably bully and kill the Fancies. both varieties should not be mixed. also, the Siamese Algae Eaters will bully one yet another. The red Tailed Sharks are exceedingly territorial and could bully one yet another, and probably take out the Tetras and Siamese Algae Eaters and bully the dwarf Cichlids too. The Golden Algae Eaters can upward thrust up to ten" and are predatory, they'd make each and each of the smaller fish vanish. EDIT: purely because someone did it on youtube doesn't make it a appropriate idea! each and each of the fish in that tank are juveniles and he's were given the red Tailed Black sharks hounding the Goldfish interior the Goldfish section.
