I'm in eighth grade and I need to know if this guy likes me more than a friend. I mean he is really nice and everything and I know that he would never force me to have sex with him and we are friends. He is really sweet to me and I don't know. I AM SO CONFUSED!!! help plz guys, how far would you hint that you like someone before you gave up on them?

I said that he wouldn't force me to because someone said something about that and i just wanted to make it clear that he is not like that, neither am i.

Ask him gently, because imagine if he thinks the same and nothing happens and he ends up going with a friend of yours!!! gutted!!! but the most important thing to keep what ever his answer is his friendship!!!!

Congrats that you have a male friend you can trust. No matter what ANYONE says, YOU are in control of YOU. Never feel pressured to have sex. If he truly likes you, he will like you for YOU and not your body. As far as what you should do, first of all be true to yourself. And second, just talk to him and tell him that you really like him as a friend and maybe more than a friend. You have to let him know though that just being friends is OK too but be honest and Tell him how you feel. If he really likes you too, feel blessed for finding a NICE guy.

You're in the eighth grade for heaven sakes. Friend, boyfriend it really doesn't matter. Accept him as a friend and in time you'll see if it's more. You have your whole life ahead of you so don't be too in a rush to grow up.

Don't worry it's happening to me too. I would talk to him ask him if he likes anyone OR tell him u like him. He may be shocked but that happens to everyone and u never know he might also like you. But if he doesn't just stay friends, it's better that way.... you know what i'm sayin?

Hey girl, i know how you feel, but you really are too young to have to be worrying about this! If i can give you any advice at all, i would have to say to just tell him that you like him! It won't be as bad as you think, and if he doesn't like you, then you don't need him...well you don't need him either way! I think you catch my drift though!

You admire from afar, you talk and get to be friends, you go on dates, you have puppy love( that is about grade 8 style) you don't even think about sex.!!!!!!!!!
That is for people who are responsible adults, are in love with a person or have a long standing relationship. it is all about respect, self respect...
If you have this attitude I don't think you should go near any guy, you might get talked into doing something you can't handle.
By the way he is your friend and does like you, but don't be in such a big hurry.....if he'd like to be more he will tell you when he is ready.......
