Jay-z album has some pretty good songs on it. If you don't already you probably want to get Lil Wayne and Baby's album. Its pretty good! Snoop dropped a pretty hot album too! Jezzy new album is hot as well. Also Nas. Hope that helped a little bit.

My two favorites from the last year are:
"Hell Hath No Fury" - Clipse - classic rap with stunning Neptunes beats - worth the wait!!
"Blood Money" - Mobb Deep - sure, it's not The Infamous but very nearly a return to form.
