if you are talking about Sabrina the teenage witch then the family secret was as stated " every member in the spellman family has a twin". or something like that. i saw that episode her aunts wouldn't let her have any fun until she solved the family secret. the only catch is that one of the twins is evil and has to go away to another realm or something like that. i know that in other episodes sabrina's twin comes back to ruin her life.

no, they had a different secret that sabrina never knew about. DUH, everyone knows shes a witch. I stopped watching it after a while, i never did find out though.
