I have good luck with using rubbing alcohol to remove pen ink. You can also try hair spray followed by a hard rub with a bar of soap.

Couple of months back my two year old went crazy with "black permanent marker" it was all over our white walls, the dinning chairs, on his body and the sofas. For the dinning chairs/sofa and his body I used "rubbing alcohol" and as for the wall I used "Mr clean magic eraser" worked wonders! so, as long as you have not washed his clothes-I would recommend using hairspray or rubbing alcohol and as for the shoes, I'm not sure..but try magic eraser-see if that works.

Spray hairspray on the clothes and let sit for a couple minutes before throwing them in the washing machine - works for me every time. Not sure how to get it off the shoes.

Use hairspray on the clothes unless you have already washed them. If you have, it may be set in. If you haven't, spray with hairspray and then wash. Not sure about the shoes.
