Cosmos.bcst.yahoo.com -- how do I get the video playback for news events on Yahoo! website?

I've e-mailed Yahoo and never got a response. There are many posts about this same issue with no answers...Bueller? Anyone?

Persist Persist with them. I have same problem that has been going on for over a month. Suggest informing them you will go to Management if no response(as I did) At least they are liasing now with me with more in depth assistance, but alas still not working!
