yes...if enough pressure is applies to gas at once, then it will fall out as solid. It is called deposition.

Sure...it's called deposition, the opposite of sublimation. The example they give in the link below is the deposition of frost on the ground during a cold night.

yes. i can't remember the name of the phase point but a good example of it would be dry ice.
