Is there anywhere i can see how each candidate feels about certain things? WAR...EDUCATION....etc... I would like to compare each one to another.

Each candidate will have their own website that will usualy outline the platform they plan to run on. It usually cover all the major issues that they want you to know about.

It will also have their past voting records, biography, bills they sponsored(if they are current or former congress memeber.)

And, of course it will have information about vulunteering and donating to their campaign.

There are various sources but what I look at is their voting record and also their no votes (it kind of tells whether or not they do what they are paid to do). This is all public record and can be found on congress.org and many other sites. Most politicians also have their own web sites but they tend to be biased so if it can't be backed with facts I don't pay it attention.
I CAN"T believe that all these people here vote if they don't even know how to verify what canidates stand for or at least how their track record is.
