it is a general discomfort in my chest and mid section, but not a real pain, more like indigestion. i think it may have been because i held the smoke in until the joint came back round again. hope someone can shed some light on the subject. cheers

tends to happen if -1.) you don't often smoke 2.) you smoked an excessive amount compared to your usual comsumption

I used to smoke ALOT- but, when we broke out the gas mask or "super bong" (5 feet tall) my chest would sometimes hurt a little the next day- {lmao-one time i saw smoke come out of a guys ears-f'n hilarious}

The first time I smoked I felt dizzy, but it was gone 10 mins later. If I was concentrating on doing something I forgot after 20 secs, and went away pretty fast. I had a very bad headache for the whole day, and Ibuprofen didn t seem to help that much either. I felt so tired, that I felt like sleeping the whole but it s kinda hard to do that when your in high school. When I came home that day I went straight up to my room and slept till the next day at 6 o clock in the morning. The last one was the ******* heart beating. The ones that I got right after did in and went away like 10 mins later was the shakiness, dizziness, and forgetting what I was supposed be doing that I was concentrating on, and felt like the inside of my head was burning. Things that I got after 3 hrs and still smoking it was it felt like my chest was on fire every time inhaled it, shakiness, dizziness, and felt like the inside of my head was on fire, and the heart beating. Other than that it was great

You very well could have hurt your chest/ribs or something by choking. I choke really bad when I smoke the stuff. If you were keeping the stuff inhaled for some time, that might have done it also. I wouldn't worry about it too much. It should go away in a day or two. If it doesn't, it could be just a coincidence and something else totally unrelated.
