I don't know why you're asking this question on the history question list, but will try to answer.
As long as you're able to handle the stress of keeping these ladies happy, content, and the facts straight when you are with each go for it. Keep in mind that there are a lot of gals out there who would not appreciate the fact that you're seeing others while seeing them, so go in with an honest and open non-commitment statement AND don't be surprised if one of more of these gals spend their time with others.
I don't recommend seeing more than one person at a time, its too distracting and you aren't able to concentrate on the things that are important.
As to the six month time period. You'll know when you meet someone that you like, and if the person also likes you, all the better. Yes, get to know them over a long period and your feeling will grow (and if they don't, you'll also know that its time to make a change)
Relax-- there is no rush for a full blown commitment. Enjoy the friends you make and try not to cause any one anguish.

There's no right or wrong in this matter.You want do date 2 girls at the same time,go ahead,but make sure the two do not meet or know each other.Going out on a date date does not necessarily mean you are looking for a serious relationship.Though the chances are that you might begin to like one of the girls & then you will stop dating the other girl.
But seriously man dating two girls at the same time isn't as easy as it sounds.Keeping one girl happy is hard enough & you wish to keep two of them happy ! Though it isn't impossible,it will be sensible to focus your energies one girl at a time.

If both girls have the explicit understanding that they are not exclusive to the guy , he is free to do what he pleases, just as the girls are free to do what they please during the same time period.
If the guy does not tell the other that he is still seeing other girls, he is lying and that is where people can get hurt.
He needs to be up front about what he is doing. That is the only way that if he chooses one over the other for a committed relationship, the other should not get hurt by his decision.

I would think that this person would know in sooner than 6 months if he likes either of the gals well enough to stay on with her.

go out with one at a time... that way no jealousy will get in the way.... us gals get jealous easy.... and i know yall do the same... but... i would stay out of a relationship and get to know the gals first then date the one you like better..... that way it won't be as complicated in the end... i wish you the best of luck

I think this may be your own personal history, but it is not a History question. Try Singles and Dating for this kind of question.

I would just stick with one at a time...What would happen if you liked one and it started working out then she found out about the other...then at the end you will be by yourself again without either..;
