The Kalra book is essential for revision even when you do your PACES. There's a thin book by Baliga or something it was called 250 Cases in Clinical Medicine. What really helps is going to a course. There are affordable ones beside PASTEST courses in London. It's all about Clinical understanding so check with your consultant or do ward rounds. Or try the onexamination.com to practice. Why don't you check amazon for their suggestions on books. Good luck!
