Hello, this is a rather bizarre question, but as in all things in life, there is an answer.

The word cameltoe generally refers to a visible cleft between the labia, as between a real camel's toes. The size of a cameltoe is largely dependent on the size of the labia majora, not the labia minora, although the latter can contribute.

Uncleft "bulges" are more often visible. The degree to which a woman's mons pubis or 'Mound of Venus' protrudes depends on a number of factors, including weight and anatomical variation and arousal.

There are health concerns though.

Tight fitting clothing around the vulva may cause feminine itching. Continuous contact between cloth and the inside of the labia may also cause irritation.

Cameltoes are more likely to be visible under the following circumstances:

* Exercise shorts, stretch pants and leggings— including Lycra or spandex
* Hotpants
* Poorly designed jeans
* Very tight-fitting jeans or shorts
* Underwear or swimwear sized too small
* Vigorous or repetitive exercise, including running, especially in tight clothing
* Wet clothing
* Garments with a central seam which serves to divide the labia majora

Based on the extensive first hand researched achieved by my behalf, I have concluded that larger sized camel toe's tend to have meatier lips and coincide with larger room within the cavities of said lips. Respectively, smaller, tidier lips have a tendency to mirror their size inside with a snugger fit as you have mentioned. In essence, my curious friend, the fatter the toe, the bigger the puss. The smaller the toe, the tinier the puss. Either way, they are both delicious!!!
