Well, I'm not sure any position has been "proven" to be a more fertile position than others.
In general, logic dictates that if you use a position that penetrates deeper, the sperm will be closer to the cervix and not have to worry about traveling up the vagina too.
Also, try propping your hips up on a pillow for ten minutes afterwards. This will give the sperm a chance to not to escape right away--and go where you want it to go.

When his in top of you and eyaculates inside !! you stay there and close your legs wih your need bended for about 15 minutes and it does help your chances, I was told this by a doctor !! no need to have your legs up in the air, or move upside down lile a lot of people advise to!!!

I think you should be at the edge of the bed and your boy friend standing lifting your both legs high and pushing his penis as deep into you as possible. When he is done, you should push back in the bed and stay there for a long time and not get up for a couple of hours. Hope this helps.

There are no special positions.. and laying there with your hips up 30 min. doesnt help either. No stress.. having sex every other day close to ovulation helps.. having it everyday will decrease his sperm count. Get an ovulation kit :) Good Luck

Depends on if you want to have a boy or a girl. The male sperm cells are stronger swimmers, but there are other factors involved.

Probably the one that goes in deepest, like lifting one of your legs to the side so he can go in deeper.
It shouldn't be that hard to get pregnant, alot of women get pregnant the first try.
