It will be 4 hours long and I still want some time for eating and presents. What are some cool things that we could do, for boys and girls both.

Hint around to a bunch of people that you would LOVE a surprise party. HEHE. Sometimes it's easier instead of trying to plan something yourself. I did that for my 16th (23 now) & it was probably my best birthday party ever!!!
LOL I'm actually trying to hint around for one for my 24th (in March) now....it's just getting to be a pain to try & plan something. I planned my 23rd three weeks in advance & guess what? I was ditched (by all but 2 people) for a poker night that was planned the week before....sad huh? :*-(

Not sure, but try to keep the activities legal because I don't think you need to get messed up with the law.
