he has raped his ex before and does drugs.
my friend and i are soo freaket out from him
he stalks her and he said he was ganna rape her wen no ones around.
Were not calling 911 for ****
we told his parents but they said he was just messing around~
WTFFF.
i need help seriously.

Go to t he police station and ask for a female officer if available.
Tell her what is going on, who he is, his previous rape, and that he is uttering threats to your friend, who is a minor.
he is being a bully and he is being criminal with this behaviour.
You need to go and see someone now, before anything happens.
If the girl he raped could go with you,(hopefully she reported it) it would be more powerful.
do not let this go, take every threat serious and go to the professionals to help not your parents.

The IS a case for the police. It doesn't matter is he's just fooling around or not, she's a minor and that's one huge no no. You don't have to call 911 but get your friend a can of pepper spray 10% or a shocker. One of those things that deliver a 50,000 volt shock and have her carry it ALL the time.
Most cops won't do much to help but there are a few especially a female cop who might be sympathetic to her cause.
You have to nip this in the butt NOW before it goes any further.

Is there an adult that you can go to about this situation? What about your parents? Or maybe a school counselor or a coach?
Stalking is a crime, and you don't want to wait around for something bad to happen, because then it will be too late!
Write down anything that is stalking behavior, when, where, what was said, etc. Keep any e-mails or correspondence sent by the stalker.
Don't call the police, go in person. Take any records of his stalking and take the girl who is being stalked with you. They should take a written report from your statement. Your friend should not have to live in fear.

You have to go to the cops and file a complaint. Right now thats all you can do considering he didn't threaten her life (say he was going to kill her), that way if anything happens you have some kind of proof. Then when he and if he calls (assuming you have caller id) don't pick up the phone let the voicemail get it and if the call is harrasing save it, so the the police can hear it. Never take the same way home and come home at different times. If her parents are not home when she gets home then let her come to your house or you go to hers until they are there. Oh! Last but not least you are going to have to tell the 'rents about what is happening. I can't believe your parents let you date a 19yr old. That's illegal. Even if he didn't rape you, you can get him on staturtory rape and then no matter where he goes in 50 states he will have to register as a sex offender.

you call the police! do you wanna find your friends raped and dead? Clean your gun outside buy them a dog or borrow for them a german shepard from somebody for a few days so the guy sees they're protected Go yell at him so he knows he's being watched take a pic of him to make him feel uncomfortable do the whole two finger point to your own eyes and then point at him to sign to him you are watching him!

If you are serious then do a police report on harrasment that way and godforbid if anything happens then that will be on file. He can go to jail for that because she is under age. Know what I mean? Good luck and becareful there is alot of CRAZY people out there!!!

If you dont want to get the proper authorities involved then what type pf answer are you REALLY looking for. If this accusations are true then you REALLy need to take the threats seriously! Has your friend talked to her parents about this? If not then she should!

i've been there, but i was lucky enough that he was just being stupid. A friend of mine told him to back off and he did. however it sounds like this guys not messing around especially if already raped a girl. PLEASE tell her parents and if they know tell the authorities. i know it's scary and your afraid to tell the authorities. i hope you get the help you need and i pray for you and your friends safety.

You should not only tell both YOUR parents, but you SHOULD tell the police. You should alos try and record him and his threats, the poluce will arrest him immediatly. And if he is "playing"- this will def cause him NOT to play around with things like that!
