Take it outside or in your garage and grab a water squirt bottle and after filling it with air spray the bed in spots and look for air bubbles....my grandfather had a hole in his and found it htis way but i cant say it helped much he tried to patch it with the kit it came with but that didnt hold so he ended up using an epoxy to try and patch the hole..(but i haveta sleep on this thing on vacation and it still looses air...) if ya havent had it tooo long i'd take it back and get a new one! (also known some shady people to go buy a new one...put the old one with a hole back into the box and return the bad one..but that could get ya into trouble!)

try putting some water and a drop or two of liquid soap in a spray bottle, and mist the solution on the bed, it will bubble where the hole is, a little messy, but will find the hole... best of luck!
