Oh yes, there are tons! Finger foods should be introduced around this age. Anything that is pea-sized or smaller and that you are able to squish between your fingers is great. Make sure you are always present when your baby is eating, and if you are not familiar with what to do if your baby chokes, now is the time to find out...call your doctor for information. That being said, these are great first foods:
cheerios
goldfish crackers
small bits of soft cheese
small pieces of meat
fruits cut up into small dices
vegetables that have been cooked and are soft, in small dices
cottage cheese
different types of cooked, dry beans
whole wheat pasta
toast, in small pieces

I give my son Gerber puffs and gerber cheetos and they did nothing to him. He eats everything with his hands though. I had no problem with his eating because I got him use to eating everything. He's not picky. What you need to do is make food fun for him. Sometimes when my baby won't eat we do airplane spoonfuls. But I tryed giving my baby soup and brocoly he loved it. He liked the soup because the noodles are fun to play with and the brocoly looks like a tree and he liked that too. Try cutting fruits and making them look good that will be easier for him to eat any type of snack.

Hi, Gerber makes these veggie and fruit puffs that are great for kids. the look like they are hard but they dissolve so its not a choking hazard. If you have a wal mart by you even if its not a super center they sell the wal mart brand of the puffs as well and they are a little easier on the budget.
If you go to gerber's website you can sign up for coupons for puffs and such. they have banana, sweet potato, apples, and corn I think.

Fruit Puffs (I think made by Gerber), they're just the right size to pick up with his fingers, they're easy to chew, and they're healthy.
Cheerios--a perennial baby favorite.

Dry toast, soft puffy chee-tos (not that healthy but babies love 'em) Anything soft or that gets soft and mushy when baby eats it.
