I need to adjust the aspect ratio my digital pictures to fill the screen on a digital picture frame. I has to be 16:9. How do I do it??

Some photo editing software. You can either stretch or crop the pics to fit.

A 16x9 has a 4x3 ratio. It's the sizing you're concerned about. The image will be somewhat pixelated, yes, but most frames will try to compensate for this by mapping the surrounding pixels and filling in, as opposed to just enlarging the groups. You may notice some distortion in some images, but personally, I wouldn't recommend buying a large digital frame; top out at a 9" if you must, but the 16" is too big. |:{}

Irfanview is a free program which lets you resize, stretch, crop, adjust brightness/contrast/color balance, etc.

its to be set on the camera it self if it works as a webcam then open the software and check settings otherwise try the camera settings.
