Yay the thrill of summer season being pregnant!! i'm so swollen, the only shoes my ft have seen on the grounds that could are turn flops! It sounds loopy, however the greater water you drink the greater fluid you flush, in basic terms be certain you are going to the bathing room generally. shop your ft up as much as obtainable, yet lay on your area while raising. Sitting too long pinches nerves and veins inflicting swelling. status for too long additionally reasons swelling. it relatively is purely a factor of being pregnant and there is not any real restoration. in basic terms take it elementary, strengthen to the realm and drink, drink, drink water!

I have eaten everything in my house. I am 39 weeks, and just keep eating. Eat all you can. Just think of it this way, when you go into labor, they may not let you eat. So stay full. (That is my advice) as far as labor, don't think this is it. Just wait until you have painful contractions, or your water breaks. Other wise they may send you home. congrats, and hope it comes faster than my baby!!!
