I'm sorry, your question cannot be answered. If you mean rebound, we need to know the coefficient of elasticity. We also need to know the mass of the thing your car bumped (crashed) into. Does it move...or is it fixed?

As to the temperature question, there are even more things we need to know. For example, what is the rate of heat transfer in the car. What is the efficiency of the heat transfer...how much of it goes into the car, how much into the air? What temperature are you talking about...the car, the air, both?

I hope you didn't copy this question from a textbook. Because if you did, you need to find another textbook.
