i am a new artist. how do i advertise myself!? word of mouth of course is best. and a viewing of art in a gallery,website,and submissions into magazines. ARE THERE ANY OTHER WAYS I CAN ALSO GET MY ART AND NAME OUT THERE .?????

For a new artist, a good way to promote your art in your local area is to approach self-owned businesses in the area and ask them if they would hang your art in their store/restaurant/etc. It's a positive for the store because the get free decoration. You can sell your art this way.
