Will he go down as the worst qb to ever lead his team to a Super Bowl? There have been some bad ones. Tony Eason, Stan Humphries and Chris Chandler are the only ones that I can think of that may be worse. The guy is so inconsistent, it's pathetic. You know your not a good qb when your team is 13-3 and their talking about making a qb change. Don't get me wrong, when he's got his game on, he's a decent qb, but when he''s bad, he's really, really bad. If you're a Bears fan, are you worried that he might cost you your first chance in over 20 years to win a Super Bowl? If your a Colt's fan, are you drooling right now, knowing that all you have to do is rattle Grossman's head a little and he'll hand you the Lombardi Trophy?

If anyone even asks this question they reveal they know nothing about football and need to be taken out and beaten.

Rex is a young and developing QB.

He had a few bad games this season.

And for you worthless trash even asking this where are your butt buddies going to be on February 4th.

Tony Homo etc are going to be watching Rex in the super bowl.

Isnt Grossman still considered a rookie? Hes been around for a while but had a injury that took him out for quite a while (was it last year or the year before?!?) And yeah Chicago fan here who is nervous about the superbowl+grossman but not too scared happy its the colts and not the patriots...colts have a much more consistent qb but from what i saw in yesterdays game they tend to have butter fingers recievers and theyre defensive line isnt as aggresive as Urlacher and his crew...so its a give and take...could really go either way..with Rex his confidence and performance seems to really rely on the first few minutes of the game where he either gains the crowd and gets confidence from a couple good throws or if he screws up early on he seems to get rattled and prone to screw up under pressure! Haveta have the big guys protect him long enough so he can make good decisions in his passes! Im just PROUD they made it this far!!! Bear Down Chicago BEARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. Defense wins championships (ask Trent Dilfer)
2. Running the ball wins championships (ask The Bus and WIllie Parker)
3. Do you know which QB had 0 turnovers yesterday?
4. Rex is 15-3 as a starter. Last time I checked, that was the main stat.

You don't know football, dude. If the Bears hold the Colts to under 25, they will win.

Worried? Nope.

If you look over the Bears schedule check out all the teams that they beat and also the scores. They had a very tough schedule and beat these teams by a lot. I think Grossman deserves some credit for getting this done. It may be tough for Peyton to pass as much as he did against NE without coming up with interceptions against the Bears...The colts may have to go to the ground more for the Superbowl and hope to do as well.

Too bad the Colts cant rattle anyone hahaha thier defense sucks, get over it. When grossman is on he is more than decent. He can make plays with any other QB out there. Why do people still question this kid? They are in the superbowl!

I'm not the least bit worriedabout Rex "The TyrannosauruseRex" Grossman" cool nickname huh? I just made that up. He did a great job of staying out of his own way. If he plays the same at Miami in two weeks it will be Mr. Peytonapolis, I made that up too, handing the Bears the Lombardi Trophy. You have to remember our Defense won't be intimidated, by anyone!

Hey, isheyballs, you stupid and you smell funny too. hehe GO BEARS!!!

Statistically...almost no question. As for actual talent, though...not sure as its hard to judge that.

The '01 Ravens certainly won with a question mark at pivot...don't get me wrong, Dilfer is good enough to win a lot, but not like the likes of Elway or Aikman.

The biggest smoke and mirrors QB, though, could be Big Ben from the 2006 Steelers...though, that could be a wait and see if things turn around there.

Mmmmmm.....bad QB and Superbowl bound don't fit well in the same breath. He's not great, but dang, he's only in his 3rd year and in the big one. Give me a break man.

I'm not a big bears fan but geez, I'm growing tired of this rex bashing stuff, he's winning games.

Know your history
He may be erratic, but Steelers won last year inspite of Rothlisburger.
Doug Williams did not have a very good year and was overshadowed by Elways greatness, but Doug had one of the greatest games of all time.

i think he can be horrible at times because he makes descions everyone scratches there head about but if the bears play the offense they did yesterday they will win.if they put rex in a postion were he only needs to make throws occasionaly they will win.i think he is accurate as long as he doesnt need to throw 30-40 times a game.i say let thomas jones run and they will be fine.
