did you notice this is what it says when you type a question all in caps?

i used to write with caps and let the last letter with no caps,yes i have noticed that~

No I really dont agree, I sometimes use caps for expression, such as this part is important or I am joking and having fun with the other person, To me rude would be what is said if I said I LOVE YOU!! now thats all caps is it rude or do U think maybe I wanted U to know how much. See what I mean, rude people R rude no matter how they type their letters. HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Some of the older people using computers have a hard time seeing the small print so they use caps to enable them to read better. Why is this so bad?

only use caps to emphasize a word. all caps is like bein yelled at!

In Internet-speak, I'm told it's equivalent to being screamed at, but I think that rule is very subjective and doesn't always apply.

yes and I find it funny that all you have to do is put in one lower case letter and it lets you go
