I really love to act and I'm really good at it but no one really believes me. I really want to be famous it would just feel so good to be known by the whole world!!!

Well, do you want to be famous or do you want to be a good actress? They are not always the same thing.
You go to school and to college (most GOOD actresses went to college) and major in theater. Then you go to either NYC (if you want to work on the stage) or Hollywood (if you want to be in the movies) and work work work.. Its a HELL of a lot of work and for every Julia Roberts there are 5,000 wannabes that never made it. So Good Luck and work hard.
If you just want to be famous, hang out at a lot of Hollywood parties dressed like a tramp and a drunk actor will eventually take you home with him. Do that a few times, get mentioned in all the tabloids and eventually, after doing FHM and Playboy, they will cast you in a B-Movie. That's the Paris Hilton method.

Oh really..ask britney spears what its like to be known all over the world...anyway. You should go to a talent scout or get an agent to help find you jobs.
