Usually it's not good to ask about salary/benefits until you actually get a job offer to negotiate with.
I usually ask about the structure or organization of a company so I know who I would be reporting to, who I would be managing, and how I would fit in the company as a whole.
Also a good question to ask would be what a typical day in the position would be like. It's better to know in advance, rather than being surprised on your first day.

As a Disney Manager, one thing that I can tell you that managers like to hear is "Are there oportunities for advancement?" Some companies live motivated employees. Another one is "I am a hands on person that likes to learn every aspect of the job, including learning the trade of the job, would that be a problem if I want to be trained in the bakery itself?" They like it when employees want to learn about the product and is willing to get their hands dirty for the job. Do not ask about salary like "How much does the job pay?" or "How often do you give raises?" Let those things be determained by your boss. Go well dressed, a suit and tie is the best. There are ties and suits for women, I went to my management interview (a black suite and red tie) and got the job. Hope that helps

A few general questions I've asked are...
What is your typical day like?
How do you measure employees job performance?
Does the position include benefits?
What is the dress code?
etc...
