Probably all of them if their driving records are clear and they don't have an addiction problem. They might have a problem if grand larceny is your thing, though.

No, that should not be considered discrimination. It shows a lapse in judgment and an employer should be able to take that into account. Yes, you can change but it was still your choice in the beginning to screw up. It has nothing to do with being able to do the job, it's about committing a crime, which could put liability on an employer. John should have been paying attention. Due to his negligence someone died and he has to pay for that. If an employer doesn't want them in their company, the company has that right and should have that right. Sorry, but killing someone is never a stupid mistake. MOST people do make mistakes, but most DON'T commit felonies. Breaking your favorite snow globe would not be considered a felony. I don't think you understand the severity of felonies. Nor do you understand recidivism. Less than one percent of people in the prison system did their crime they are convicted of. Where do you get the 20+%. I'm sure you will not find that high of a number anywhere, and there would be a serious hard investigation into the system.

Me too. I break arms, drive trucks and arm-wrestle. It's what I love to do, it's what I do best.

I've never heard of that before. I hope there are not many companies out there using them.
