I want a 3rd child, my fiance wants to wait about 4 years. I really don't like the idea of having a huge gap in age with my 3rd. I'm not on any form of birth control (I want to be pregnant) but he insists on the pull out method to avoid pregnancy. A few months ago I thought I was pregnant and so I told him, he wasn't upset, nor was he jumping up and down with excitement but he was happy. So my question is this: What are my chances of becoming pregnant by manually inserting his semen (around the time of ovulation) while he runs to grab a towel? I know its bizzare but real answers only please! Any other suggestions to become pregnant?

It can work i am sure but do you really want to that? Don't you want him to be in agreement with you on this? Why don't you talk to him again and let him know that you don't want to wait 4 years. Remind him that last month when you thought you may have been pregnant he was happy. Maybe he will agree now. I think the other way is a little too sneaky.

80% of semen are in precum. The pullout method is unreliable. And omg I did you seriously say manually inserting his semen? PUKE!!! It doesn't sound like you should be marrying a man that you are trying to basically, trick, into getting you pregnant. That is NOT how a marriage should be my dear.

How are you going to manually insert it? It has to "swim" up to your uterus. If you put it in there you'd have to do with force. And also sperm doesn't stay active once it's exposed to air.

I think this is a sneaky way of doing it. You should both want the baby. You aren't being fair. This is something you should discuss with your husband.

Its worth a try but dont get caught. The pull-out method doesn't work anyways cause guys start coming usually before they realize and dont pull out fast enough (I read that in some book, it said it a little more tactful than that).

i 'm not sure that would really work out that well, i mean it could work, but ur timing would have to be perfect. and ur chances of that are almost slim to none..... but maybe u should wait till he is 100% ready, that's kind of like forcing him into having a baby now.... and that's not right.... u wouldn't want that to backfire in ur face. After all that could make him feel trapped and u wouldn't want to jeopardize ur relationship before u get married cause that could start ur marriage off rocky.....

I Don't think you can get pregnant by manually inserting his semen,i think that's why people go to the doctor to have it artificially inseminated. but the good news is pre *** is more potent than his semen and you are more likely to get pregnant. Thats what i hear any way.

pulling out is not a method, just a waist of time, and a mess. Pick one or the other, baby, or not.

if semen hits oxygen it dies, so you are wasting your time. P.S. I got pregnant on the pull-out method. Pre-ejaulation contains sperm.

I don't really agree with being so sneaky about it. It should be a decision not just your choice.
