Though I am an American fan and have to thoroughly search the internet or watch the soccer channel because the sport is unfortunately minor here, I try to keep up with what is going on in the best manner possible. My sources therefore might not be the greatest.
I have not seen specific proof that Juventus is as guilty as some say they are. There is a thin line between missing shots or making mistakes as a player or making a questionable call as a referee due to human error, so wonder just how guilty the team or game officials really were...
People here talk about the "Black Sox Scandal" of the early 1900s in baseball, shaving points in various basketball games, and scream that the NFL is rigged just because someone fumbles the ball or drops a pass. Thanks to everyone's paranoia about such things due to the amount of money wagered on sport in general, I have a tendency to think that for the most part, many so-called cheating scandals might have a slight tendency to look like some purposeful impropriety took place, but in reality are blown way out of proportion. Juventus may be victims unfortunate circumstances, as far as I can see, but I could be wrong.
I took a minute to check out some other consequences for cheating in soccer, though, and came across the following info that shows what has happened to teams accused of being a little less than honest in the past. I thought it was interesting, and perhaps you will, as well. Check it out, and have a great day! :-)

There is no doubt that Juve was among the best in Serie A last two seasons, but that doesn't change the fact that Moggi fixed the matches, maybe the outcome would be the same but maybe it was that little ''help'' from Moggi that made the difference between the winner of scudetto, even in CL they were playing bad and only because of Werders GK's mistake they weren't eliminated from CL sooner!!!! You (Italians) are saying how the French can't forget that Italy won the WC, but it's the same way with you....... Juventus cheated and was punished for that, the damage is done, fair or not fair they are in Serie B with half of their players sold!!! If Juve wins anything next season it will be a miracle but not impossible!!!!!

Moggi has done much damage to the reputation of the club and the players. I have to admit I'm split on this one Juventina. It wasn't just a few games, they had two titles taken away, which infers, that for two seasons at least these matches were fixed to be beneficial to them. Part of me also asks myself, did the players ever question anything. Did they not in two seasons ever see or pick up on all the calls in their favor, did they not wonder privately about calls that were clearly incorrect. We will never know. The other part of me says, well if they didn't the players and club have been unjustifiably tarnished at the hands of profiteering cheats. I guess all they can do is put it behind them and make sure for the sakes of their own reputations that they keep their eyes open and noses clean and strive to prove they can win without the shroud of doubt. Lovely legacy Moggi has left the players and club he claimed to love.

i think that if other clubs are involved in match fixing, the other three clubs, AC Fiorentina, AC Milan & SS Lazio should have been relegated together with Juventus & hand them equal points penalty. if the match fixing is gonna happened again, the Italian FA must give out punishment equally to the clubs involved.

It's simple...don't match fix your games and you'll be fine. Juventus payed there consequence. But who cares, right? everyone knows they are gonna come back to Serie A.

I think Moggi and the other perpetrators should be punished not the squad. Scudetti should have never been given to Inter.
