I'm at work and I want to check my sbcglobal.net email at home. How?

I login to sbcglobal.net mail, but when I enter my user and password, I get this:
"This account cannot be used to sign in. If you have Shared Web Hosting service, changes to your account must be made using the customer control panel. " what do I need to do?

Perhaps start by going to http://www.sbcglobal.net/ and clicking on mail?!?!?
