Why do you get so apathetic in some way when you feel embaressed and what do you think is the best way to come over it ?

I don't become apathetic when I am embarrassed but I do feel a great deal of emotion. I wish that I had not stated what I said to make me embarrassed in the first place and then I go on .
Thinking that I have learned something and learning is wisdom and knowledge is power. to remain ignorant is to be embarrassed but to learn makes you all the wiser
take it as a learning lesson

When you get embarrassed, it is because you care about what people think, maybe too much. The ability to laugh at yourself helps, as well as thinking more about reaching out to others rather than the deadly inward focus which can paralyze.
