Gilmore Girls is up there.
I always thought the OC dressed really well.

I really like how the cast of House dress because it can appeal to anyone. House does the whole cool T-shirt under sports coat thing. Foreman does that expensive suits and ties--very classy. Chase does the rolled up sleeves with loose tie. The girls always look classy on the show.
