it belongs to the person who lost it /fat chance of them getting it back though

in the "old" days they would have reported it lost at the police station hoping someone would have handed it in. but now its only a tenner .just keep it and hope who ever lost it isnt some old age pensioner struggling to survive lol

I lost a tenner the other week in the gales. It blew out the cash machine. Im in Scotland. It could be anywhere in the UK!!
