i have had a constant back ache all week and alot of pressure down below. but recently my belly goes hard but it just feels lke a really hard ball then it goes normal again this happens alot is it just my baby moving or could it be anything else when this does happen there no pain just uncomfortable

i was always told, to find out if they are real contractions you should walk around...if after 15 mintues they have NOT stopped then they are real contractions.

sounds like your baby is moving around. your baby is pretty big by now and doesn't have a whole lot of room in there . Back aches are pretty normal for pregnancy especially in the last trimester while baby is the heaviest.
If you're feeling pain then it'd be a contraction.or a fake contraction. But when you actually go into labor.. you'll definatly know .

When your belly goes hard it's a contraction. You may be in early labor, which can last a few hours or as long as a couple of weeks. Don't worry, you'll KNOW when it's time to go to the hospital.

This is most likely a braxton hicks contraction. They have a great desciption in What to Expect When You're Expecting. Pick up a copy, or check it out at the local library.

It sounds like your have false labor contractions (Braxton Hicks). These are totally normal. You will know when you go into real labor. Your contractions will be very painful.

contractions see your doctor to make sure your not dilating this late in the game it probably is early labor

sound to me like braxton hicks I have th same feeling ( I think) it hurt so bad I could barley move earlier

you should call your doctor. it sound like contraction early ones. but to keep itsafe call your doctor.
