my husband and i have been trying to conceive for 4 years and have not had any sucess, i know he can reproduce cause we have a daughter, and i have been checked out and everything on me works fine. so i was wondering if since he has diabetes and blood pressure problems from the diabetes does that affect the sperm count.

Yes, both conditions can affect sperm count and motility. Also, the medications to control these conditions will have an impact on his sperm.
