I'm not sure if this helps, but they do not archive their literature on their website. However, if there is a specific article you are looking for, use their search engine.

If this doesn't help you find specifically what you are looking for, try contacting the headquarters, which their contact information is listed on the website.

Jehovah's Witnesses publish a software package called "Watchtower Library on CDROM - [YEAR]", designed for Windows 95 and above and available in most major languages. It contains the text of every Watchtower published since 1950, and of every Awake and Kingdom Ministry since 1970. Except for calendars and 'Daily Texts', WTL also includes the text of nearly every book, brochure, booklet, and tract published since 1970.

However, this publication is only available to baptized Jehovah's Witnesses through congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses.

From time to time, an older version comes up on Ebay.
