I'm looking for one of those sites where you can find pen-pals. Preferably from France, Wales or America. I would rather it require no regestration, but any recommendations would be nice.

www.sms.ac is the best one I can think of. You choose which country you want friends from and take it from there. You will be able to text them and receive text messages from them as well but you do need to have a mobile phone to sign up. I would suggest that you opt out of the receiving text message completely or reducing it to only a couple a day though as you will pay for them unless you have it set up with your mobile company to where you can get a number of text messages per month for free or a set fee.

Why don't you just ask someone on the net to be your pen pal? Why go through some company? You have access to millions of possible pen-pals right here on yahoo.
