As a fulltime Ebay power seller I would suggest the following steps. First contact your seller and ask if the item has been sent, when and through which shipping company and what the tracking number is for the package. I would allow 48 hours for the seller to reply. If you don't hear back within 48 hours, send them another email stating that you plan to file a complaint with Paypal if you don't get the information you want within 24 hours. If you still don't get a reply, file an item not received report with Ebay, but more importantly, file a report with Paypal. In the end, the seller must provide a tracking number to prove that you received the item. It is very hard to get ripped off using Paypal. Good Luck!!

You need to try and contact the seller. If the seller doesn't respond to your emails or messages then the next step is to file a complaint with ebay and with paypal. Usually that gets the seller's attention.
Good luck.

Have you tried to e-mail the seller and ask him when it was mailed? That would be your best place to start. I would give it 2 weeks before I filed a complaint. Some post offices are just really slow.

There is an online customer center in e.bay, it is live, so you can ask for more details there.
Normally 11 days is not too much, depends on the seller.
