I was wondering if it's possible to get two bachelor's degrees in the same field but in two different concentrations, assuming I do the requirements for both?

I.E. Political Science major with a concentration in International Relations, also another in Public Administration

Generally, no. There is too much overlap. One university does not usually give out two of the same degrees to the same student for the same courses. There are joint programs (i.e. BA/JD), which may overlap some courses, but they are highly structured from the outset.

Gold star for wanting to achieve greatness!

From any one university, you may only obtain ONE Bachelor's degree in any ONE field. In other words, you cannot get two Bachelor's degrees in Political Science; it would be a waste of money and you would have taken all the same classes twice. You COULD double major and get a Bachelor's in Political Science and a Bachelor's in Business Administration. In the end, I promise you, any Bachelor's degree you get along these lines, with or without BOTH concentrations, employers would hire you. They don't see the NUMBER of degrees, they see the QUALITY and RELEVANCE of the degree you obtained.

I would recommend you major in Poli-Sci and have two concentrations or minors. Political Science will be your main degree and International Relations and Public Administration would be two minors or concentrations. Sounds like fun - wishing you all the success in the world. ; )

He might try a different type of shaving gel, some of them are designed to help soften up the stubble. Of course that is usually for the shave itself. Over time I would think your skin will become used to the abrasive nature of his chin. A lotion on your skin before making out might help also. Perhaps he could grow a goatee or a beard. Long facial hair does tend to be softer.

It probably depends on the school you go to. I don't think you can do that at the school I teach at, but I vaguely remember kids doing that at the school I went to as an undergrad.
