what is wrong? serious answers please!?

my menstrual cycle is 4 days late, which im not worried about, but "down there" its been throbbing, and it kinda hurts, but not that bad? what could this be? should i be worried?

it is usual that it might ache like cramping or throbbing.drink adequate water,if ascending beyond limit,ask help from a doc

I would go see your doc for a check-up, if these are new symptoms. It would be difficult to diagnose without proper testing.
