Sweet Child o' Mine. It was #1 the day my daughter was born.
I also like Dead Horse, Welcome to the Jungle, Mr Brownstone, Don't Cry (alt lyrics), Live and Let Die, Yesterdays, and November Rain.
Actually I basically love their stuff, great band in their day, perhaps one of the best ever.

They are all works of art. Rose may be a little messed up in the head, but he is a brilliant musician who makes it unbearably difficult to pick one song!
