You can say whatever you want about whomever you want. It is within your legal rights to say that you wish someone would kill the President, or that you could if you wanted to... but don't be surprised if you find yourself under investigation by the FBI. Why you would feel the need to exercise your right to say such stupid things is really beyond me. They can't prosecute you for anything that isn't a credible threat, but it isn't up to YOU to determine what "credible" means - it's up to them. And while they're determining it, they can make living life pretty hard on you.
He's President for another two years. Get over it - they can't ALL be good at it.
