How would i solve it
I have no idea what to do from here( it also asks what coordinates would it pass throught
,but all i need to know is what does the Y=3/2+3 mean)

They way you phrased your question, y = 4.5 which is nothing but a horizontal line since y is independent of x.

Did you mean y = 3/2x + 3?

If so the the slope of this line would be 3/2. and by setting x = 0 we would get y = 3/2.

The equation of a line y = mx + b
where m is the slope and b is the y intercept.

do you mean y = -3/2 X + 3? because without the x, your graph is just a line at y = -1.5
